The story behind it:

In Myanmar, many kids enroll to become a monk.  This is a choice as well as a privilege. Monk school give access to a higher level of education in humanistic subject as well as they got though English since the young age.

I might say that around Asia isnt’t very common to find fluent English speaking kids nor adults. In Myanmar many monks have well enough mastery of the language.

The privilege to join the monk life and have access to higher level of education comes with a cost: the cost of living by the monks rules and  discipline.

One of the rules that every monk follow is that they can’t own nothing except of what the need to use.

They don’t own food.  Instead they receive food from the community nearby as a gift.

They wake up at 4.00 AM every single day, pickup an empty jar and make their way to the village to receive the food.

One of the habits I keep when traveling is to wake up early in the morning (5 am).

The things you can experience being awake in a strage town at the other part of the globe are priceless.

It was 5 am in the morning in Bagan (Myanmar) and, as every other day, these three young monks where returning with fully loaded jar at the temple where they live.
